Attending emergency maintenance call from tenants/showing properties to new tenants . You should be able to fix minor repairs including plumbing and electrical and fixing appliances. We need honest and reliable super with good references and photo Id. You should have your own transportation and tools to work. Weekly work is flexible schedule with 15-20 hours per week.
